Who operates this site
The Coffee Shortlist is operated by Level Set Media Group. This notice explains how we handle information when you read our guides, use our browsing tools or contact us. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
Information used to deliver the site
Our public website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process your IP address, requested page and URL parameters, browser and device information, request times and other connection information to deliver pages, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. Hosting records may be available to us for troubleshooting and security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
Browsing tools, cookies and analytics
You do not need an account to read this site. We do not operate a checkout, collect payment information or provide a sign-up form. The style filter and grinder follow-up run in your browser; we do not send your selections to a server or save a persistent profile. Filter choices reset when you reload the page. Shortlist selections can be saved in a shareable page URL containing product identifiers. Anyone with that link can see those selections, and the URL may appear in hosting records. Downloaded lists are generated in your browser and contain links back to our product details; no account or email is required. Our site code does not set cookies or use local storage. We have not enabled an analytics collector, advertising pixel or behavioral advertising on this site. Hosting security features may use necessary cookies or similar technologies when needed to protect the service.
Campaign links
Recognized campaign parameters in a page address may adjust introductory wording and carry through links to other pages on this site. They can appear in hosting request records. They do not give us access to your private ChatGPT conversations. We do not add filter choices, email addresses or personal answers to Amazon links.
Copying and printing
Copying the buying checklist writes its text to your clipboard only when you request it. We do not read your clipboard. Printing uses your browser’s print function. These tools do not send the checklist to us.
Email inquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments through Gmail. We use that information to respond, investigate corrections and handle your request. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you contacted us. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive account information. Google’s processing is described in its privacy policy.
Amazon and other external links
When you follow an Amazon or manufacturer link, the destination receives your connection information and applies its own privacy and cookie practices. We use Amazon Associates links. If you follow one, Amazon may use cookies and other identifiers to attribute a qualifying purchase to us, and we may receive commission. We do not receive your Amazon checkout details or order history. If our use of affiliate links or measurement changes, we will update this notice and the relevant disclosures. Sharing and service providers
We use Cloudflare to deliver and secure the site and Gmail to handle email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security issues. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How long information is kept
We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry, maintain a record of corrections, address disputes or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the nature of the request. Hosting and provider records follow the applicable service settings and provider retention practices; this site does not promise immediate deletion from provider logs or backups.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without emailing us, choose whether to follow external links and manage cookies through your browser settings. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have sent us, contact [email protected]. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a copy of your information or complain to your local privacy authority. We may need to verify your request before acting, and some records may need to be retained as required or permitted by law.
Children’s privacy
This guide is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its date when our information practices change. Material changes will be explained on the site as appropriate.
